Viewing Observation Details
Once you've added an observation to an inspection, you can view its collected details on the Observation Screen.
Accessing the Observation Screen:
- From Inspection Screen: Tap on an existing observation in the list on the Inspection Screen.
- After Adding: You are usually taken directly to this screen after tapping "Add Observation".
Key Elements:
- Observation Details: This screen displays the information for the observation.
- Audio Clips: A list displays the audio recordings associated with this observation.
- Photo Grid/Carousel: Displays thumbnails of all photos added to this observation.
- Tap a thumbnail to view the photo full-size and potentially annotate it.
- Description/Text Area: May show AI-generated text from audio/photos, or manually entered text.
- Recording/Add Media Buttons: Buttons to add more audio or photos are usually present.
- Back Navigation: An arrow (
<) to return to the Inspection Screen.
This screen is for managing the media (audio, photos) and viewing the content related to a single finding.
