Tools Hub
Tools brings optional inspector utilities together outside the main inspection workflow. The tools available to your account may include:
- Quote Calculator: Estimate inspection fees from saved rate profiles.
- Custom Prompts: Set personal tone and style preferences for observation summaries.
- Glossary: Save industry terms and abbreviations that help SwiftReporter understand your notes.
When Tools appears
The Tools sidebar item appears on web or mobile when at least one utility is available to your account on that platform. If no utilities are available, the sidebar item is hidden.
Open and switch tools
- Open Tools from the sidebar.
- If more than one utility is available, select Quote Calculator, Custom Prompts, or Glossary from the tabs.
- Work in the selected utility. Switching tabs keeps you in the Tools section.
