SwiftReporter streamlines the inspection process, from capturing findings to generating professional reports.
- Inspections: Create and manage inspections. Each inspection serves as a container for observations.
- Observations: Capture findings during an inspection. Observations can include:
- Audio recordings (which are automatically transcribed).
- Photos (which can be annotated).
- Manual text descriptions.
- Templates: Define the structure and standard content for your reports. This includes categories, subcategories, and pre-written Comments and Notes.
- Comment Library: Build your own library of reusable Comments (for defects or common findings) and Notes (for informational items). This speeds up reporting and keeps it consistent. You can add items from your library to any observation.
- AI Assistance: Leverage AI to automatically generate observation details (like category, title, and description) from audio transcriptions. It can also suggest relevant items from your Comment Library.
- Report Generation: Compile observations into a structured report based on your selected template.
- Report Editing: Review and edit generated reports, including AI-suggested content, before finalizing.
- Report Download: Download the completed report as a PDF.
