Today View

The Today page gives you a focused view of appointments for a single day. It combines a day timeline with a list of appointments so you can quickly see your schedule and any readiness issues.

Select the date

• Use the date picker to jump to a specific day.
• Use Previous and Next to move one day at a time.

Timeline calendar

The timeline shows your day as time blocks. You can click an open time slot to create a new appointment.

Reschedule quickly

• Drag an appointment to move it.
• Resize an appointment to change its duration.

After changes, SwiftReporter will ask whether you want to send notifications about the update.

Today’s appointments list

The list below the calendar shows each appointment as a card with time, address, and status badges for contracts and payment.

Tips

• Use Today view each morning to spot unpaid invoices or unsigned agreements.
• Click any appointment card to open full details and take action.
• Look ahead to tomorrow to prepare and reduce day-of surprises.
