Customer Portal: Appointments

The Appointments section shows your upcoming inspection appointments and the details you need for the day of the inspection.

Viewing appointment details

  • Date and time: when the inspection is scheduled.
  • Address: where the inspection will take place.
  • Entry instructions: any access details your inspector has provided (for example gate code, lockbox, parking notes).

Status indicators

Your portal may show whether there are any outstanding actions, such as an invoice to pay or an agreement to sign before the appointment.

Changes and questions

If you need to reschedule or have questions about the appointment, contact your inspector using the Inspector page.
