Account and Personal Data Deletion Policy

At SwiftReporter, we respect your right to privacy and your control over personal data. This page outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and what happens to your data once that process is complete.

How to Request Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Log in to your SwiftReporter account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

Alternatively, you can email our support team at info@swiftreporter.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Timeline: We will respond and assist you within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Once your account is deleted:

All personal data linked to your account (including your name, email address, username, profile details, and any other identifying information) will be permanently deleted from our active databases.

All user-generated content, such as photos, audio recordings, video files, and templates that you have uploaded or created, will also be permanently removed.

Your account will no longer be accessible and cannot be recovered.

Retention of Activity Logs

For legal, security, and compliance purposes:

We retain non-identifiable activity logs (e.g. usage records, general app interactions) for a period of up to two years following account deletion.

These logs are anonymised and are not linked to your personal identity or account.

This approach helps us comply with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while ensuring the operational integrity of our platform.
