Adding Photos
Photos provide visual documentation for your observations and the report.
Steps:
- Navigate to Observation/Report: Ensure you are on the screen for the relevant observation or the report editing screen.
- Locate Add Photo/Video: Find the camera icon or Add Photo/Video control used to add photos and videos to the observation or section.
- Choose Source: Tapping the button will usually present options:
- Take Photo: Opens your device's camera app to capture a new picture.
- Choose from Gallery/Library: Allows you to select one or more existing photos from your device's storage.
- Capture or Select:
- If taking a photo, capture the image and confirm.
- If choosing from the gallery, select the desired photo(s) and confirm.
After Adding:
- The selected photo(s) will be associated with the current observation or report section.
- They will typically appear in a photo grid or carousel view.
- Photos can often be tapped to view them full-size and potentially add annotations (See: Annotating Photos).
You can add multiple photos. Photos added to observations will appear in the report. Photos can also be added directly to report sections.
