Customer Portal: Dashboard

The SwiftReporter Customer Portal is where you can view appointment details, pay invoices, sign agreements, and access your inspection report (when available). The dashboard is the main hub.

How to access the portal

You’ll receive a link from your inspector by email or text message. Follow the link and complete the one-time verification step (OTP) if prompted.

What you’ll see on the dashboard

  • Appointments: upcoming appointment date/time and location details.
  • Invoices: any outstanding invoices that need payment.
  • Contracts: any agreements that need a signature.
  • Report: access to the report when it’s ready (this may require payment first, depending on your inspector’s policy).

Quick actions

If there’s something you need to do (for example pay an invoice or sign a contract), you’ll see a clear action button to complete it.
