Appointment Details
The Appointment Details page is where you manage everything related to a single appointment: contacts, linked inspections, contracts, invoices, rescheduling, and cancellation.
Appointment title and status
- Edit the appointment name (helpful for identifying a job quickly).
- Mark an appointment as completed when the inspection is finished.
- Review paid/contract indicators so you can see readiness at a glance.
Linked inspections
Appointments can be linked to one or more inspections. This is helpful when one visit results in multiple reports.
- Link inspection: connect an existing inspection to this appointment.
- Create inspection: create a new inspection and automatically link it.
- Open: jump into a linked inspection to work on the report.
- Unlink: remove a link if it was added by mistake (your inspection data is preserved).
Contacts
The Contacts card shows the primary customer and any additional contacts.
- Add/remove contacts and change roles.
- Contacts drive who receives notifications, who signs contracts, and who receives invoices.
Contracts
- Select a contract template.
- Send the contract for signature.
- Track status per signer (sent, viewed, started, completed, declined, expired).
- Resend signing links when needed.
Invoices
- Create an invoice for the appointment.
- Send the invoice to customers via email/SMS links.
- Track status (draft, open, paid, voided) and resend if needed.
Reschedule
Update the start/end time and save. You’ll be prompted to send reschedule notifications to contacts.
Cancel
Canceling shows a confirmation step that lists linked items (inspections, invoices, contracts). Canceling does not delete your linked inspections.
Tips
- Link the inspection early so your workflow stays organized.
- Check contract and payment status before the day-of inspection.
- Use the detail page to send contracts/invoices so they stay tied to the appointment.
