Teams Mode
- Multi-inspector organisations — Create an organisation and invite inspectors with email-based invitations
- Seat-based licensing — Manage seats and subscriptions from the org management page
- Role management — Owner, Admin, and Member roles with appropriate permissions
- Inspector assignment — Assign inspectors to inspections and appointments
- Primary Inspector — Designate the inspector whose profile and signature appear on PDF reports

E-Sign Completed Inspection

- Consent record stores the exact language at the time of opt-in
- New transactional email inviting portal contacts to manage SMS preferences
Mobile App Improvements
- Save photos to Comment or Note — Choose where observation photos are saved when capturing from the camera

Custom Observation Severity Names
- Rename the default severity tiers (Low / Medium / High) to match your report style
