Steps:

1. Navigate to Observation: Be on the screen for the specific observation you are documenting.

2. Locate Record Button: Find the microphone icon or "Record" button.

3. Start Recording: Tap the Record button.

4. Speak Clearly: Dictate your observation notes.

5. Stop Recording: Tap the button again to finish the recording.

After Recording:

- The audio clip will be saved and associated with the current observation.

- The audio is automatically transcribed.

- You can add multiple recordings to an observation.

- A "wand" button may appear to autofill observation details from the recording, or this may happen automatically.

- The audio transcript is checked by an AI moderator to ensure it's a valid observation. Invalid transcripts will not be processed.
