Accessing Settings

1. Find the Settings Menu:

- Look for a "Settings" option, often represented by a gear icon (settings), within the main app navigation (e.g., in a side menu, tab bar, or on your profile screen).

2. Tap Settings:

- Select the settings option to open the configuration screen.

Changes to settings are usually saved automatically as you make them.
