Steps:

1. Navigate to Observation: Go to the observation containing the photo you want to annotate.

2. View Photo: Locate the photo in the grid or carousel.

3. Open Full Size/Edit Mode: Tap the photo. This will open it in a full-screen view.

4. Find Annotation Tools: Look for icons representing annotation tools (e.g., a pencil, shapes, text tool).

5. Select Tool & Annotate:

- Choose the tool you want.

- Use your finger or stylus to draw directly on the photo.

6. Adjust Properties (Optional): You might be able to change properties like color or line thickness for your annotations.

7. Save/Confirm Annotations: Look for a "Save", "Done", or checkmark button to save the annotations.Annotations are saved with the photo and will be visible when viewing the photo and in the report.
