Steps:

1. Navigate to Inspection: Open the specific inspection you want to add an observation to.

2. Tap Add Observation: Find and tap the "Add Observation" button (or similar '+' icon).

3. Observation Screen Opens: You will be taken to the Observation Screen for a new, blank observation.

From the Observation Screen, you can:

- Record Audio: Capture spoken notes about the finding (See: Recording Audio).

- Add Photos: Take new photos or add existing ones from your gallery (See: Adding Photos).

- Enter Title/Details: You can manually enter a title, description, location, and recommendation for the observation. These fields may become drop-downs in the future.

- Use AI to Autofill: You can use AI to autofill the observation details from the audio recording.

‍Each observation acts as a container for the audio, photos, and text related to a single item you want to include in the report.
