# SwiftReporter SMS Opt-In

SwiftReporter is home inspection report software. Inspectors use SwiftReporter to schedule inspections, deliver reports, and optionally notify customers. The live SMS consent checkbox appears on the customer portal Notifications page (login-gated). This public page shows the same separate, optional SMS consent control and language Twilio and carrier reviewers need without requiring a login. Messaging consent is not bundled with Terms or Privacy acceptance and is unchecked by default.
